Smokey Pig Barbecue has been family owned and operated since 1969. The Huffer family bought Smokey Pig restaurant in 1999 offering Monroe County Kentucky style barbecue.

Culinary team includes: Kaye Huffer, Phillip Huffer, Scott Huffer, and Matt Keith.
